DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The products will be sent in the time indicated in their description. In the case of products with different deadlines, they will be sent in the longer term.
No refund will be made on the amount paid once we start preparing the custom dyed skeins.
If we are unable to meet the deadline, we will contact the user and either agree a new deadline or return the amount paid.
In no case, except as provided by law, once a product has been shipped, the shipping amount will be refunded.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event that the user has purchased products in stock, they have 14 days from the moment they receive the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. If you want to return the products you must first contact us via email and state your will clearly and unequivocally. We will send you the instructions to proceed with the shipment. Once we have received the products, which must be in their original state, and without being used, the amount will be returned. Shipping costs will be borne by the user, who must also be responsible for the shipping service being efficient (using services such as proof of delivery, for example). It must be borne in mind that from the moment the user receives the product, it belongs to him until the refund has not been made, so if in the process of sending it back the product is lost, the refund may not occur.
In the case that the user has purchased products prepared under request, there will be no refund under any circumstances.
In case the product is defective the user will have to contact us to proceed to a replacement. This replacement will have not cost for the user. Whether the user wants a replacement or a refund, this will only occur once we have received the product and valued its condition.
Please refer to the FAQs page for color bleeding. A slight loss of color, which is not noticeable on wool but that stains water or may leave a certain trace of color on your hands, is normal and acceptable within the textile industry standards. If the discoloration is noticeable on the yarn, and the stains on your hands are noticeable after a good wash with soap and water, please contact us to return or replace.
The user, as a consumer, enjoys guarantees on the products that they can purchase through this website in the legal terms established for each type of product.
It will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract that has been established as long as they correspond to the description with which they are offered. Handmade products have some non-homogeneous characteristics and, therefore, are accepted as normal.
