PURCHASE PROCESS

To formalize the purchase process you can select different products and add them to the basket, then provide the requested data and finally make the payment process. If the payment has not been made, in no case will the contract be considered to have been formalized.

If the user wants to get an invoice for their purchase, they must contact us and we will send it in an email.

AVAILABILITY

All the products offered on this website are subject to their availability and/or that no circumstance or cause of force majeure affects their supply. If there is any difficulty in supplying the purchased products, we promise to contact the user, and if there is a need to refund the amount paid for the purchase.

PRICES

All prices shown on the web are final prices and include VAT (21%), but do not include shipping costs (which can be calculated at shopping cart). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already received a confirmation.

The prices shown are for each unit.

Payment methods are credit or debit card, or Bizum.

This website uses all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the payment data transmitted by the user. This site uses a secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

We will not be responsible for the payment of customs taxes or the like in the case of sending orders out of the Spanish mainland.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The products will be sent in the time indicated in their description. In the case of products with different deadlines, they will be sent in the longer term.

No refund will be made on the amount paid once we start preparing the custom dyed skeins.

If we are unable to meet the deadline, we will contact the user and either agree a new deadline or return the amount paid.

In no case, except as provided by law, once a product has been shipped, the shipping amount will be refunded.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the user has purchased products in stock, they have 14 days from the moment they receive the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. If you want to return the products you must first contact us via email and state your will clearly and unequivocally. We will send you the instructions to proceed with the shipment. Once we have received the products, which must be in their original state, and without being used, the amount will be returned. Shipping costs will be borne by the user, who must also be responsible for the shipping service being efficient (using services such as proof of delivery, for example). It must be borne in mind that from the moment the user receives the product, it belongs to him until the refund has not been made, so if in the process of sending it back the product is lost, the refund may not occur.

In the case that the user has purchased products prepared under request, there will be no refund under any circumstances.

In case the product is defective the user will have to contact us to proceed to a replacement. This replacement will have not cost for the user. Whether the user wants a replacement or a refund, this will only occur once we have received the product and valued its condition.

Please refer to the FAQs page for color bleeding. A slight loss of color, which is not noticeable on wool but that stains water or may leave a certain trace of color on your hands, is normal and acceptable within the textile industry standards. If the discoloration is noticeable on the yarn, and the stains on your hands are noticeable after a good wash with soap and water, please contact us to return or replace.

WARRANTY

The user, as a consumer, enjoys guarantees on the products that they can purchase through this website in the legal terms established for each type of product.

It will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract that has been established as long as they correspond to the description with which they are offered. Handmade products have some non-homogeneous characteristics and, therefore, are accepted as normal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Except as otherwise provided by law, we will not accept liability, economic or otherwise, in the following cases:

• Inaccuracy that may result from the lack of resolution of the screen, poor color management of the user’s computer equipment, browser problems, or any other similar problem.
• Malfunction of the transport company for causes such as strikes, road delays, or any other similar case that may result in delays, losses or thefts.
• Technical failures that impede the proper functioning of the Internet service.
• Misuse and / or wear and tear on the products.
• Incorrect return of the product by the user, or return made prior to the communication by the user of the right of withdrawal.
• Failure to meet or delay our obligations if due to force majeure. However, we promise to continue fulfilling as long as there is the slightest chance.
• Content of the links to third parties that appear in this web.
